Our Patent

For those of you who don't know or haven't noticed certain other products' similarity, there are several other companies out there who are possibly infringing our patented technology. We haven't been successful yet in accomplishing an agreement with these other companies but we are taking the steps that are necessary to enforce our patent rights.

We believe it is our obligation to inform those in the market for a bike fitting system of some important facts. As stated in 35 US Code 154(a)(1), every patent contains "a grant to the patentee ... of the right to exclude others from making, using, offering for sale, or selling the invention throughout the United States or importing the invention into the United States...". This means the purchase of a product which may be infringing upon someone's patent, can ultimately bring unwanted complications associated with using of such a product.
